Russia: NMZ renews lifting machinery fleet

Novgorodsky Iron and Steel Works has renewed its special machinery fleet.

In particular, the company has received a new Linde H20T-01 forklift truck with the lifting capacity of 2 tons.

The cost of the new machine totaled 2 million rubles.

The new truck will be used in the copper electrolysis shop. (Ukrainian metal)

Russia: SinTZ commissions new electric bridge cranes

Sinarsky Pipe Works has commissioned two new electric bridge cranes.

The cranes have been assembled in the pipe-rolling shop No. 2.

Russia: Seligdar gold sales up in January-April 2019

In the incomplete January-April, Seligdar sold 1035 kg of gold. Until the end of April the company intends to sell 220 kg more.

Thus, sales will total 1255 kg, up from 406 kg in January-April 2018.

In 4 months, Poisk team has yielded 65.668 kg of gold, up from 39.131 kg last year. (Ukrainian metal)

Russia: Nornickel output up in Q1 2019

In January-March, Norilsk Nickel increased nickel output by 3.4% YoY, to 56 thousand tons.

The manufacture of the company own raw materials grew by 2.8%, to 55 thousand tons.

The output of copper went up by 13%, to 127 thousand tons. Almost everything was produced from own raw materials. (Ukrainian metal)
