Russia: Kolmar and AVIC to construct Inaglinskaya 2 factory

Kolmar, Inaglinsky Mining and Processing Works and AVIC (China) will jointly construct the Inaglinskaya 2 processing factory.

The construction will be carried out in 2 stages.

The enterprise capacity will be 12 million tons of coal per year.

The agreement valued at 3.5 billion rubles was signed on December 25, 2018. (Ukrainian metal)

Uralelectromed has put into operation a new stationary crane manipulator produced by Velmash.

In just a week the machine has already processed over 200 tons of non-ferrous scrap.

The new hydraulic manipulator has replaced an outdated one.

Russia: Karabashmed commissions second Kumera converter

Karabashmed has commissioned the second of three Kumera converters.

Two new converters with the capacity of 150 tons each will increase raw copper manufacture by 15-20%.
