Russia: MMK the largest scrap consumer in 2016

In 2016, according to the railroad statistics, Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works received 2.15 million tons of ferrous scrap. The deliveries increased by 20.2% YoY, and slightly exceeded the 2013 level. Still they were 15.5% below 2014 results.
