Izhstal, a part of Mechel, has received the certificate of quality correspondence from one of the major aviation machinery producers in Russia – Aviastar-SP.

Ukraine: coal output up in October 2016

In October Ukraine (without the Russia-occupied Crimea and ATO zone) mined 2.7 million tons of coal, up by 0.2% YoY and by 5% MoM.

According to the State Service of Statistics, in January-October coal output went up by 4% YoY.

Russia: UGMK to invest 2.2 billion rubles into Gaysky GOK mine

In 2016 UGMK will invest some 2.2 billion rubles into underground mining at the Gaysky Mining and Processing Works.
