Azerbaijan: gold output up in January-July 2017

In January-July Azerbaijan obtained 3605 kg of gold, up 3.2-fold YoY.

According to the State Statistics Committee, in July gold output totaled 480.2 kg.

In 2016 Azerbaijan obtained 1894.1 kg of gold, down by 15% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)

Russia: Chukotka coal output down in January-July 2017

In January-July Chukotka Autonomous District mined 257.68 thousand tons of coal, down by 23% YoY.

Trubodetal, a part of OMK, has passed the certification audit of the quality management system for the correspondence to Gazprom 9001-2012 requirements.

Russia: ferrous metals throughput down in January-July 2017

According to the Association of Sea Trade Ports, the Russian seaports throughput in January-July increased by 10.5% YoY, to 449.7 million tons.

Coal has demonstrated the highest dynamics – 89.3 million tons, up by 16%.

At the same time ferrous metal throughput decreased by 1.3%, to 16.6 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
