In August Ukraine exported $90.45 million worth of ferroalloys, with imports on the level of $13.97 million.

Metallurgprom forecasts steel output on the level of 1.8 million tons in October.
Donetsk I&SW output down in January-August 2014
In January-August Donetsk Iron and Steel Works produced 761 thousand tons of pig iron, down by 16.8% YoY.
Ukraine ups ferroalloys exports in January-August 2014
In January-August Ukraine exported 640.23 thousand tons of ferroalloys, up by 47.2% YoY.
Yenakievo decreases metal output in January-August 2014
In January-August Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works, a part of the Metinvest group, decreased its rolled metal output by 8.4%, to 1.72 million tons, YoY.
Mariupol Ilyich drops output in January-August 2014
In January-August Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works produced 2.46 million tons of rolled metal, down by 13.8% YoY.
Dneprospetsstal output down in January-August 2014
In January-August the electrometallurgical works Dneprospetsstal (DSS) produced 120 thousand tons of rolled metal, down by 2.8% YoY.
