In 2015 Zaporizhstal increased metal exports by 6.2% YoY, to 2.9 million tons. Metal was delivered to Europe, Near East, North Africa and other regions.

In 2015 Metinvest produced 4.08 million tons of coke, down by 15% YoY. Iron ore concentrate output fell by 8% YoY, to 32.2 million tons, that of coal concentrate – by 20%, to 3.28 million tons.
Ukraine: VostGOK orders uranium ore reserves examination
The state enterprise Vostochny Mining and Processing Works wants to reach an agreement with the State Mineral Deposits Commission to carry out an expert examination of the uranium ore reserves.
