Shareholders of Ilyich-Stal have recalled Metinvest B.V. (the Netherlands) from the supervisory board and appointed 5 people instead.
In particular, Metinvest Holding CEO Yuri Ryzhenkov, Metinvest Holding Metal Division director Alexander Pogozhev, deputy financial director Julia Dankova, legal provision director Svetlana Romanova as well as the head of the legal department of Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works Vitaly Belyak have joined the supervisory board.
Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works has done the same. Yuri Ryzhenkov, Alexander Pogozhev, Julia Dankova, Svetlana Romanova and Metinvest Holding corporate finances chief legal advisor Julia Samoylova have been appointed to the supervisory board instead of Metinvest B.V.
The works has also been renamed after Ukrainian metallurgist Zot Nekrasov, while its ownership was changed from public to private. (Ukrainian metal)
