Ukraine: ZZhRK output up in 2018

In 2018 Zaporozhye Iron Ore Complex increased iron ore output by 1.2% YoY, to 4.5 million tons.

In December 2018 the company manufactured 380 thousand tons of ore.

Annual plan was fully met.

Ukraine: VostGOK uranium concentrate output up in 2018

In 2018 Vostochniy Mining and Processing Works increased uranium oxide concentrate manufacture by 41.1% YoY, to 1.179 thousand tons.

December 2018 saw the maximum monthly output last year – 199.8 tons.

In 2018 Russia produced 4.8 million tons of metal structures, down by 1.5% YoY.

Russia: Tagmet to supply metal to foreign car manufacturers

Taganrog Iron and Steel Works has received a certificate of correspondence of its quality management system to IATF 16949:2016.

In 2018 Nadezhdinsky Iron and Steel Works produced 0.56 million tons of rolled metal and calibrated steel, up by 4% YoY.

In 2018 Bashkirskaya Med LLC mined 879 thousand tons of copper ore, up by 40% from the target.

Factories processed 1.181 million tons of ore, producing 68.844 thousand tons of copper concentrate (11.944 thousand tons of copper).

In 2018 Petropavlovsk plc decreased gold output by 3.9% YoY, to 422.3 thousand ounces.

Ukraine: Tolkachevsky GOK to sell 124 million UAH worth of quartzite

Zaporozhye Ferro Alloys Plant and Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant have concluded agreements with Tolkachevsky Mining and Processing Works for the delivery of quartzite valued at 46 million UAH each.

TGOK will also supply quartzite to Sentoza LLC for 32.7 million UAH.
