Ukraine: Silur puts new shop into operation

Khartsyzsk steel rope works Silur, situated on the territory of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, a terrorist organization created and supported by Russia, has resumed manufacture of wire and mesh. Earlier Silur together with Stalkanat (Odessa) was a part of Stalkanat-Silur. In 2016 the works stopped operation. (Ukrainian metal)

Russia: Mechel-Coke shut down

The Chelyabinsk regional environment supervision service has cancelled the license for polluting the air, given to Mechel-Coke in March 2016.
