Brazil will charge antidumping penalties on boron-added steel plate from China and Ukraine, Brazil’s Secex foreign trade bureau has decided, adding the product to such penalties on painted heavy plates.

In January-November Ukrainian companies produced 983.4 thousand tons of ferroalloys, up by 25.4% YoY.
