Russia: raw lead output down in 2016
In 2016 Russia decreased raw lead production by 8.6% YoY. According to the Federal Service of State Statistics, in December 2016 raw lead output decreased by 9.9% YoY, but went up by 8.5% MoM. (Ukrainian metal)
Russia: NLMK-Ural decreases energy consumption
