Ukraine: Zaporozhogneupor output up in February 2017

In February Zaporozhogneupor increased unmolded refractories output by 18% YoY.

The company produced 720 tons of unmolded refractories, in particular 181 tons of refractory concretes and masses and 539 tons of insulating and slag mixes.

Russia: VSMPO-Avisma to put new mill in operation

VSMPO-Avisma has signed the acceptance report on the new ring-rolling mill to make products of titanium alloys for engine manufacturing.

In January-February Ukraine exported 17.78 thousand tons of ferrous scrap valued at $3.655 million, up by 77.9% and by 70.7% YoY respectively. In January-February Ukraine exported $1.346 billion worth of ferrous metals, up by 46.3% YoY. Russia: Uralmashzavod to supply rolls to AMT

Uralmashzavod will supply 1 thousand tons of back-up rolls for hot-rolling to ArcelorMittal Temirtau.

Armalit (Saint Petersburg) has put into operation the robotized welding complex on the basis of an industrial robot.
