Ukraine: Lugansk region miners paid 25 million UAH of salary debt

Lisichanskugol and Pervomayskugol miners have been paid 25 million UAH of salary debts. According to the regional administration press-service, money was transferred after the regional head Yuri Garbuz had talks with the state enterprise Derzhvuglepostach. Lisichanskugol received 10 million UAH, while Pervomayskugol was paid 15 million UAH for the coal mined. (Ukrainian metal)

Ukraine: flat-rolled metal export-import in August 2016

In August Ukraine exported $191.12 million worth of flat-rolled metal, while imports reached $60.29 million. According to the State Fiscal Service, Russia was the main importer of Ukrainian flat-rolled metal in August ($48.33 million). Russia: Severstal pessimistic about output
