Ukraine: Donetsk region coal output down in January-October 2017

In January-October the part of Donetsk region, controlled by Ukraine, decreased coal output by 26.8% YoY, to 8.7 million tons.

According to the Main office of the State Statistics Service in the region, in October coal mining increased by 3.5% YoY, but dropped by 37.9% MoM. (Ukrainian metal)

Kazakhstan: uranium output down in January-October 2017

In January-October Kazakhstan produced 19.2 thousand tons of uranium, down by 5.5% YoY.

According to the Ministry of Energy press-service, in 2016 uranium output totaled 24 thousand tons, in 2015 – 23.8 thousand tons.
