The Russian occupiers in Mariupol have started cutting the Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works for scrap.
“There was smoke over the plant today. This could mean the launch of cutting various scrap. That is, the plant on the demined territory is being cut for scrap,” the councilor to the city mayor Petr Andryuschenko has said.
