Russia: Indian company wins auction to produce coal in Kamchatka region
FINR, a subsidiary of Indian Tata Power, has won an auction for a 25-year license for the Krutogorovsky coalfield in Russia’s easternmost Kamchatka region with a 264.8 million-ruble bid, the regional government said on December 22.
