Cherepovets Iron and Steel Works has entered the active phase of the cutup machine No. 4 reconstruction.
The cost of the investment project is some 400 million rubles.
The project will see the replacement of the old plate straightener and flying shears with the new-generation machinery, as well as addition of another straightener.
The new machines will allow processing metal with the thickness of 4 to 16 mm. (Ukrainian metal)
