The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched a competition to select a manager for corporate rights and property of two enterprises specializing in the extraction of secondary kaolins. Competitions are held through the Prozorro system.
The following are offered for management:
– 3 packages of corporate rights of Kirovograd Mining and Mineral state enterprise (18.8%, 24.5%, 9.5%);
– 3 packages of corporate rights of Mineral state enterprise (18.8%, 24.5%, 9.5%);
– 10 real estate properties;
– 39 units of automotive equipment.
Among the real estate objects are an administrative building (814.3 sq. m), 4 building complexes (4314.9 sq. m, 951.5 sq. m, 220.2 sq. m, 33.6 sq. m), a club (459.2 sq. m) and a shop (47.1 sq. m).
The technical fleet of the enterprises includes 20 trucks and 7 passenger cars, 3 dump trucks, 3 excavators, 2 graders, 2 buses, a bulldozer, a loader.
The enterprises have a long history and play an important role in the mining industry. The assets belong to Russian and Virgin companies and were transferred to the management of ARMA by a decision of the district court of the city of Kropyvnytskyi within the framework of criminal proceedings.
An important decision was the preservation in court of the special permit of JSC “Kirovohrad Mining and Mineral Resources” for the use of subsoil. ARMA proved that its cancellation would stop the operation of the enterprise and devalue the asset, depriving the state of potential revenues. The court supported the Agency’s arguments.
The selection of the manager started on September 15 and would continue until 18:00 on September 29. (ARMA)
