In January-July metal companies increased metal products transportation along the Dnipro River by 33.9% YoY, to 835.2 thousand tons.
Combined cargo transportation grew by 31.5%, to 5.45 million tons.
In 6 months metal transportation grew by 45%, to 647 thousand tons.
In 2018 metal companies transported 1.29 million tons of metal along the river, up by 6.7% YoY. The growth is due to Zaporizhstal increasing metal transportation by 17%, to 670 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
