The third season of the career guidance program “Weeks with Interpipe” has started at the Dnipro Vocational College of Energy and Information Technologies. After the summer break, engineers, technologists and skilled workers of the company meet with students again.
During the meetings, representatives of “Interpipe” talk about their work and career path, and also answer questions from young people. According to the company’s press service, the format involves communication without template presentations and official speeches.
One of the features of the program is a business game. During it, students can try themselves in different professional roles, make work decisions and see how specialists from different fields interact with each other in production.
The first event of the new season brought together 130 students. In the future, the organizers plan new meetings and acquaintances dedicated to modern production.
Interpipe has been systematically developing technical education in Dnipro since 2019. During this time, the company has implemented a number of educational and career guidance projects, created modern learning spaces and organized technical competitions.
The company notes that these initiatives now work as a single system designed to help young people better understand professions and opportunities in the industry. (Minprom)
