Severstal has received machinery of four quality control systems for its Cherepovets Iron and Steel Works.
The investment project with the total amount of over 180 million rubles will improve cold-rolled metal surface quality.
Under the contract Isra Surface Vision GmbH (Germany) has supplied modules of video cameras with high resolution, the equipment for lighting the metal strips from both sides, as well as servers to process information and terminals to show reports on defects. (Ukrainian metal)
