Severstal has concluded an agreement with the Ust-Kamenogorsk Works of Technical Equipment (Kazakhstan) for the delivery of filters for the extraction system of the Cherepovets Iron and Steel Works sinter manufacture.
Under the contract the company will produce an electric air filter with smoke exhaust with the capacity of 250 thousand cubic meters per hour.
In 2012-2015 the company modernized 5 extraction systems in its sinter shop. The total cost of the projects exceeds 800 million rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
