The First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Energy of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, as part of a working trip to the Dnipropetrovsk region, together with the head of the Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Ganzhea, visited one of the mines in the region.
During the working visit, they discussed current issues and urgent needs with representatives of the mine, coordinated further cooperation in preparation for the autumn-winter period.
Denys Shmyhal thanked the workers for their professionalism and courage and presented the miners and energy workers with honorary awards.
“Despite repeated enemy shelling, they continue to work and provide the country with light and heat,” Denys Shmyhal noted.
The First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Energy of Ukraine got acquainted with the working conditions created for veterans with disabilities. According to him, the development of a barrier-free environment is part of the systematic work to support veterans who return to civilian life after service.
“Our task is to create comfortable working conditions for people so that after service they can go to work in the energy sector. People are always at the heart of Ukraine’s energy sustainability. We appreciate everyone’s contribution. Light will prevail!” emphasized the head of the Ministry of Energy. (Energy Ministry)
