Interpipe, a global manufacturer of steel pipes and railway products based in Ukraine, is pleased to appoint Vitalii Chekmez as Vice President of Pipe Sales for Ukraine, effective from January 5.
Vitalii brings over 15 years of experience in the local Ukrainian tubular products industry, having held senior management and leadership roles, particularly in Ukrtruboizol, with responsibility for sales, finance, and business development. Vitalii has a strong background in strategy development, managing contract execution, processes optimization and overseeing customer relationships in Ukraine.
In his new role Chekmez will focus on supporting the Ukrainian market and representing Interpipe’s core values and principles.
