During 16 months of the full-scale war, defenders of Ukraine received 411 various vehicles and 1.2 million liters of fuel from the Metinvest Group.
The aid is provided under the Steel Front military initiative.
At the beginning of the war, the special machines of the group enterprises were in demand: trucks, bulldozers, excavators and dump trucks helped build fortifications around cities.
Later Metinvest organized delivery of vehicles from abroad. The group brings pickups, jeeps and vans that help provide the defenders with everything they need, quickly move from one place to another and be one step ahead of the enemy. Special ambulances have been provided to evacuate the wounded.
One of the latest batches of ambulances went to the Armed Forces medics. The combined cost of 30 vehicles is 18 million UAH. All the ambulances arrived from Italy.
In June, Metinvest supplied 5 pickups to the State Border Guard of Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
