The Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources has prohibited the construction of a containment pond for aluminum waste storage (red mud) by Nikolayev Alumina Works.
In particular, the company will not be able to receive the necessary documentation.
This had to be the third storage of red mud at NGZ. (Ukrainian metal)
