Mykolaiv Alumina Plant, used to belong to Rusal, has been transferred to the management of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
“The nationalization of another asset of the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska has been completed,” the Fund said.
Deripaska has been controlling NGZ since early 2000s. This is one of the largest enterprises of the non-ferrous metallurgy in Europe. Since 2022, its operation has been suspended. (Ukrainian metal)
