The physical volume of gold deals on the Moscow Exchange slid by 76% YoY, to 1.285 tons in January-February, according to the Moscow Exchange.

The volume of silver deals soared by 70%, to 5.774 tons.

In monetary terms, the gold deals fell to 4.5 billion rubles from 11.4 billion rubles.

In February, the gold deals amounted to 0.685 tons worth 2.4 billion rubles. Silver deals amounted to 3.975 tons worth 145.2 million rubles. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
