A company, connected with TMK and ChTPZ, have gained control over the electrometallurgical works in Smolensk region, which could have become a Zagorsky Pipe Works (ZTZ) site to produce seamless pipes.
Pervouralsky Pipe-Rolling Plant has become a mortgagee of Parus LLC, owner of the Electrometallurgical Foundry-Rolling Works in Yartsevo.
ZTZ intended to produce 400-450 thousand tons of pipes there, and VTB was even going to provide a loan of 35 billion rubles for the project. (Ukrainian metal)
