In January-August Amur region extracted 16.36 tons of gold, up by 7.6% YoY.

In particular, ore gold accounted for 11.254 tons and alluvial gold – 5.109 tons.

Ore gold output grew by 16%. The growth was mostly due to two Petropavlovsk mines – Albyn and Malomyr. The former produced 3.447 tons of gold, up by 15.3%, and the latter 3.812 tons, up by 22%.
