In August Krasniy Octyabr produced almost 24.7 thousand tons of liquid steel: 24.1 thousand tons in the electric arc furnace shop No. 2 and 580 tons in the shaped castings shop.
In July the output was 23.1 thousand tons, with 22.5 thousand tons produced in the electric arc furnace shop and 620 tons in the shaped castings shop.
Since the start of the year the output of liquid steel has almost tripled, from 8.7 thousand tons to 24.7 thousand tons. In March the electric arc shop produced 11.4 thousand tons, and in June – 21 thousand tons. Until the end of the year it is planned to increase steel output to 30 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
