Krasniy Octyabr Iron and Steel Works has for the first time produced section rolled metal of 51CrV4+QT steel grade.
The company specialists have improved this chrome-manganese-vanadium alloy.
Such alloys, having a high content of carbon, up to 0.55%, are used to produce components able to operate at the temperature of up to 300 degrees C. (Ukrainian metal)
