At the extraordinary meeting Severstal shareholders have approved of paying dividends for Q2 in the amount of 26.72 rubles per ordinary share as opposed for 45.94 rubles in Q2 2018.
The dividends will be paid to the shareholders who are registered as of September 17.
The total amount of dividends to be paid is 22.384 billion rubles, of which the main beneficiary Alexei Mordashov (77.92% of shares) will get 17.24 billion rubles.
This year Severstal has already paid dividends – 29.68 billion rubles for Q1 (35.43 rubles per share). (Ukrainian metal)
