According to Rosstat, the industrial output in April increased by 4.9% YoY after a growth of 1.2% in March.
At the same time, ferrous metallurgy witnessed a drop in pig iron manufacture by 3.5% YoY, rolled metal – by 4.1%, and pipes – by 2.6%, in particular, drilling pipes – by 10.9%.
Primary aluminum output fell by 14%. (Ukrainian metal)
