Russian holding Safmar invested about $130 million in construction of the Nezhinsky ore-dressing utility in Belarus, including a mine, an ore-dressing plant, electric power generation, railway, highway, housing and other infrastructure, in January-March, Safmar said.

The entire project was estimated at $2 billion and the launch was slated for early 2020.
