In January-November 2018 Russia exported 42.236 million tons of ferrous metals, up by 10.6% YoY.
According to the Federal Customs Service, the exports of ferrous metals without pig iron, ferroalloys, waste and scrap totaled 27.763 million tons, up by 6.6%.
Exports of semi-finished carbon steel grew by 10.8%, to 14.393 million tons.
Sales of carbon steel flat rolled metal reached 7.584 million tons, down by 4.3%.
In November 2018 Russia exported 3.753 million tons of ferroalloys, down by 1.42% MoM, 0.708 million tons of flat rolled metal, down by 2.52%, and 1.248 million tons of semi-finished products (unchanged). (Ukrainian metal)
