According to the Association of Trade Seaports, in 2019 the seaports’ throughput totaled 840.3 million tons, up by 2.9% YoY.
Ferrous metals transportation accounted for 26.7 million tons, down by 12.6%.
In particular, the port of Ust-Luga transported 0.179 million tons of ferrous metals, up by 56%, St. Petersburg – 4.944 million tons, down by 21%, and Taganrog – 0.071 million tons, down by 35%. (Ukrainian metal)
