The pilot subdivisions of Cherepovets Iron and Steel Works have started selectively collecting waste.
In early September containers for waste were put at some points of the manufacturing site. They are used to collect paper, cardboard and the plastic mix.
In just one month the company has been able to submit for processing 6290 kg of plastic and 100 kg of paper.
By January 1, 2019 such selective waste collection sites will have been created at all Severstal enterprises. (Ukrainian metal)
