In July Ukraine increased steel output by 11.4% YoY, to 1.82 million tons, but dropped to the 13th place from the 12th in the Worldsteel rating.

The first place is traditionally occupied by China (81.24 million tons, up by 7.2%).

Iran took Ukraine’ place, having produced 1.98 million tons of steel, up by 13.2%.

In January-July Ukraine also occupied the 13th place in world steel output with 12.21 million tons, up by 2.9%. (Ukrainian metal)
