Severstal has completed the scheduled repairs of machinery at the electric steel shops of Cherepovets Iron and Steel Works.
“The mine furnace No. 2 saw the main volume of repairs. It has lasted for 6 days, 45 hours less than planned. The repairmen have also reconstructed the ladle furnace No. 2 and the steel vacuum treatment machine. The total cost of the repair was over 18 million rubles”, Severstal Russia Steel repair division director Sergey Dobrodey said. (Ukrainian metal)
