German cartel office has granted Interpipe and Vallourec the right to create the joint venture in Europe.
The decision was taken on October 26, and published on November 5.
The companies appealed for the JV creation on October 4.
In Germany Vallourec owns Rath, Reisholz, Milheim an der Ruhr and 20% in Huttenwerke Krupp Mannesmann. (Ukrainian metal)
