In January-October Russia produced 57.7 million tons of steel and 49.8 million tons of ferrous rolled metal, down by 0.9% and 1.5% YoY respectively.
According to the Federal Service of State Statistics, in October steel output went up by 2% YoY and by 4.1% MoM. Rolled metal output increased by 0.3% YoY and by 1.3% MoM.
Pipe companies produced 8.4 million tons of pipes, down by 12.5% YoY. October pipe output went up by 2.3% MoM, but dropped by 11.3% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
