In January-May major pipe companies of Ukraine produced 368.2 thousand tons of ferrous pipes, down by 40.1% YoY.
In January-April Interpipe Steel produced 179 thousand tons of steel, down by 37.8% YoY.
Interpipe reported that its Interpipe Steel (previously Dneprostal) had 15 days of dead time in the first quarter of 2015 due to the ferrous scrap shortage.
In January-February major Ukrainian companies produced 141,3 thousand tons of ferrous pipes, down by 29.8% YoY.
In 2014 Interpipe Dniepropetrovsk Vtormet increased its loses by 57.3%, to 68.8 million UAH, YoY.
In 2014 Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsk Tube-rolling Plant (NTZ) increased its net losses 15.2 times, to 1020.52 million UAH, YoY (66.97 million UAH in 2013).
In 2014 Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Works (NMTZ) received 105.31 million UAH of losses.
