According to the European Commission documents, the European Union may lower import duties for Interpipe, the Ukrainian maker of pipes, for the second time since July.
The European Commission passed a draft resolution to the EU Council that envisaged cutting the duty to 13.8% from 17.7%. The tax was decreased to 17.7% from 25.1% last month. (Kommersant-Ukraine)
