The Kharkiv machine-building works Svet Shakhtera will hold a remote shareholders meeting on April 25.
The company intends not to distribute profit for 2024.
The profit amounts to 489.27 million UAH, up 3-fold YoY. Undistributed profit as of the beginning of the year was 424 million UAH, up from an uncovered loss of 81 million UAH last year.
