The Svet Shakhtera Kharkiv Machine-Building Works intends to change its multi-level management system to one-level system.

According to the draft decision for the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for December 11, the supervisory council must be abolished, and the board of directors consisting of one executive and three non-executive members must be created.

At present there are three members in the supervisory board: Dmitriy Sakharuk and Taras Dudlya, representing DTEK Energy B. V. (owner of 61.295% in Svet Shakhtera), and Gennadiy Vysotskiy (owner of 29.35%).

Vadim Dergousov is suggested to be appointed the executive member of the board of directors for three years.

Dergousov is the CEO of the company.

The board of directors will appoint the chief executive director. (Ukrainian metal)
