A court has satisfied a claim of the State Bureau of Investigations on the confiscation and transferring metal products valued at 3 million UAH produced by the Russian Cyberstal to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).

The metal products were stored at the Ukrainian customs warehouses before the large-scale invasion. The customer was a Ukrainian enterprise.

Metal was produced by a company of the sanctioned Russian billionaire Andrey Komarov. He was sanctioned by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

In May, Ukrainian entrepreneurs using various shell companies trued to clear Russian metal to no avail, thanks to the reaction of the law enforcers. (Ukrainian metal)
