The state enterprise Volynvuhillya intends to order Ukrzakhid Steamex LLC services for 5.66 million UAH.
The notification on intention to sign two agreements – for 2.38 million UAH and 3.28 million UAH – has been published in the Prozorro system.
At the same time, Ukrzakhid Steamex has previously been accused of collision on trade from Volynvuhillya and put on the so-called black list of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Thus, according to the current legislation, the company should not have received these orders. (Ukrainian metal)
