Shareholders of Marganets Mining and Processing Works have replaced the supervisory board and changed its chairman.
Thus, at the general meeting on April 12 held remotely, the shareholders suspended the office of Wolodymyr Hrytsenko (chairman), Mykhailo Radchenko, Maksym Kovtun, Serhiy Victorovskiy, Maya Chalkina, Heorhiy Trypilskiy and Ihor Yurchenko.
Kovtun (as the representative of Fianex Holdings Limited), Chalkina (Humax Enterprises Limited), Yurchenko (EastOne) and Trypilskiy (as independent member, independent director) have been reelected.
Moreover, Oleh Hnineko (Couttenmax Holdings Limited), Victoria Vitash (independent), Andriy Zahorulko (independent) and Serhiy Anikienko (independent) have been elected to the board. (Ukrainian metal)
